The idea
A home for a few months in Madrid.
BUCHI Airport Suites is a newly renovated building with nine rooms rented individually, on a fixed-term contract of one to four months. Your room is yours alone: private bathroom, terrace and your own lock. The kitchens and laundry are shared with the other residents — people who, like you, are in Madrid for work or study.

Between one and four months. It is a fixed-term rental contract, by full calendar months, designed for work or study stays, or as a bridge while you find a home.
The furnished room with private bathroom and terrace, electricity, water, wifi, use of both kitchen-diners and the laundry room, and weekly cleaning of the shared spaces.
It depends on the room and how many months you stay. Send us your dates and we’ll tell you the monthly rent.
Sign the contract and pay a deposit equal to one month’s rent, returned at the end after the room is checked. Rent is paid by bank transfer within the first five days of each month.
Yes. There are rooms with a double bed and rooms with two single beds. If there are two of you, you both sign the contract.
Yes, if we agree it in the contract: you can extend month by month with ten days’ notice, up to the agreed maximum.
No. It is temporary accommodation: you keep your usual residence wherever it is, and it cannot be used for the municipal register.
No pets, no smoking or vaping anywhere in the building, and no parties. It’s part of what makes it a quiet place to rest.
Yes. If your company is paying for the stay, just let us know when you write.
Yes, subject to availability. Send us your dates and the number of people and we’ll tell you which rooms are free.
